The 2026 Book Fair is coming to Tuscumbia Schools February 9-13! You can set up a safe, cashless digital payment account for your student to use by following the directions below. Please note that there are no refunds– unused funds can either be donated to the school or saved to be used by your student at next year's fair. Vet Science students are hard at work, getting hands-on practice before their next contest! 🐾🩺

PLEASE make sure your students are dressed warmly when they leave the house tomorrow! With negative wind chills expected, we won't be going outside, but our bus heaters work overtime during this cold weather, and we don't want cold students if we were to have a breakdown. If your student needs a coat, please contact the building office and let us know, and we will take care of it.

The HS Boys basketball 3rd place game tomorrow in the Iberia Tournament will be played at 5:30pm. There is a game at 4:00pm and they will start the game early if possible.

Our kindergarteners are hard at work sounding out words during morning work! Building strong reading foundations early. 💙📖

Our students are participating in Teen Mental Health First Aid, led by certified instructors from Compass Health Network. They’re learning how to recognize and respond to mental health and substance use challenges in their peers.

HS Boys Basketball is back in action tonight as they take on the Dixon Bulldogs in the 2nd round of the Iberia Tournament. Tip-off is set for 6:00pm. Good luck, boys!

Lady Lions faced a tough matchup this evening against Class 3, state-ranked #7 Dixon Lady Bulldogs. The Lady Lions held their own in the first half, but the second half didn’t go our way. Dixon took the win, 65-24.

The regular January meeting of the MCR3 Board of Education has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the high school library.

The HS Girls Basketball team is on the road today, traveling to Dixon to take on the Lady Bulldogs. Tip-off is set for 6:00 PM. Good luck, Lady Lions!

In a thrilling back and forth game, the HS Boys basketball team came away with the 1st round win in the Iberia Tournament by defeating Vienna. Congrats on the win boys! They will now play Dixon on Wednesday at 6:00pm.

Happy Monday! I’m reaching out to see if you’d be interested in volunteering for our new community reading program aimed at improving students’ reading skills. Volunteers would commit one hour, one day a week, simply sitting with a student and listening to them read. We plan to start the first week of February.
