The Lady Lions and Lions open up conference play tonight vs Bunceton. The girls start the night off at 6:00pm and the boys will follow.

We will also be recognizing our First Responders during halftime of the girls game!
👮 First Responders Night – Recognize local police, fire, and EMS.

January PTO meeting is today at 5:30pm in the HS Library!

There is no school on Monday, January 5th. School resumes on Tuesday, January 6th. Please take a look at the attachment for school reminders as we start the 2nd semester. We will see you Tuesday morning.

Growing our youth basketball programs—one grade at a time! Thank you to everyone who helps support and encourage our young athletes. We would like to recognize our Kindergarten/1st grade girls basketball team, 4th/5th grade boys basketball team, and 6th grade basketball team. Best of luck in all your games this season. The Lions took control of the game in the 2nd half and never looked back. Lions win, 76-55 over the Conway Bears. Congrats!

Lady Lions started the new year with a win over the Conway Lady Bears. The Lady Lions took control of the game and won 38-33. Great job!

Booster Club will be at the game on Friday if you would like to purchase a 50/50 Raffle Ticket. If your child has sold their raffle tickets, you can contact a Booster Club member to get more tickets. Don't forget to sell those tickets, you can be the grand prize winner!!💰

The HS basketball teams will be back in action this Friday January 2nd. The teams will be taking on Conway. There will be 2 varsity games starting at 5:00pm with the girls playing first. We will also be recognizing our Youth League Basketball teams that night during halftime of the boys game. Families of the players on the Youth teams will be able to get in for free at the games! We hope to see you all Friday night in the stands!

Today, FFA members Lexi Meyer and Keisha Bell helped honor the veterans of Tuscumbia by participating in the Wreaths Across America project. We are incredibly proud of these young ladies for representing our chapter with respect and gratitude. Their service helped ensure that the brave men and women who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today are remembered and honored. 💙🇺🇸

The Lions battled hard in a tough, close game this morning. Northwest edged past the Lions by one point, 45–44, in the consolation game.

Big win for the Lady Lions at the Otterville Tournament! They took down the host Lady Eagles 58–45, holding the lead and finishing strong in the consolation game. Congratulations, Lady Lions! 🦁🏀

🎅 Christmas time in Kindergarten! 🎅 Our littlest Lions had a blast at their party—full of laughter, treats, and holiday cheer! Merry Christmas! ✨🎁

🎄 Christmas Break is here! 🎄 Break runs from December 22–January 5. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Classes will resume on January 6—we can’t wait to see everyone back! 😊

Both the Lady Lions and Lions will be playing in the Consolation games tomorrow at the Otterville Holiday Classic. The Lady Lions will start the day off by playing at 9:00am and the Lions will follow at 10:30am. The bus will leave school at 7:00am.

The Lions defeated the Smithton Tigers 64-44 to advance in the Otterville Holiday Classic on Saturday. They will be playing in the 5th place game at 10:30am.
