Tonight we recognized our First Responders at our basketball game. We appreciate the work they all do!

The HS Boys basketball team will be playing in the 64th Iberia Tournament next week 1/19-1/23. The bracket is attached below.

The HS basketball teams will be at home this evening taking on the Bunceton Lady Dragons and Dragons. The girls will start the night at 6:00pm followed by the boys.

First Responders Night – Recognize local police, fire, and EMS.

The first archery meet of the year will be today at Eugene. We shoot at 11:00 and 12:00 flights. Good luck to our archers!

The Lady Lions did not start off well at the Calvary Lutheran Tournament. The Lady Lions fall to Calvary Lutheran, 53-31. Lady Lions will play at 10:30am on Saturday morning.

Greenhand Motivational Conference at Lincoln University! After an outstanding conference experience, our members also had the opportunity to tour the Capitol and meet Representative Don Mayhew — a memorable way to connect leadership learning with real-world government and community service.

PAT Family Activity is at 9-10 am tomorrow morning. Stop by the high school Library for some hot cocoa and information on local family resources.

The Lady Lions will be traveling to Calvary Lutheran tonight to take on the host Calvary Lutheran at 6:30pm. They will also be playing tomorrow at 10:30am against New Bloomfield.

The Miller County R-III School District is looking for NON-CERTIFIED substitutes to sub for cooks, custodians, and non-CDL special education transportation (school vehicles) on an as-needed basis. Application and fingerprint background check required. $15/hour for all positions. The Miller County R-III School District is accepting quotes for summer painting projects, with work to be completed between May 18, and July 31, 2026. Quotes should be submitted individually for 3 separate projects:
1. The gymnasium/stage walls from floor to ceiling.
2. The gymnasium ceiling.
3. Six classrooms, the high school library, the cafeteria and kitchen area, portions of hallway and a stairwell, and restrooms, including stall walls and doors.
