The Laquey Hornets came to town and swept all 3 games from the Lions. The last home game is tomorrow night at 5pm. Come on out and cheer the teams on!

Miller County R-III School District will be honoring our Veterans on November 11. This event will take place in the gym. 🇺🇸1:30pm-Dessert and Coffee will be served to Veterans and their guest. 🇺🇸2:00pm-School wide Assembly for all students, staff, community members and Veterans. Game day! JH lady lions and lions host Laquey tonight! Order of games are as followed: half of B girls, A girls, A boys.

Your Lady Lions got their first win of the season vs Newburg. Lady Lions win with a score of 26-9. Congratulations, Lady Lions! The Lions had a nail bitter but couldn't hold on to their lead. The Lions lost to Newburg by 4 points, 24-20. Both teams will be in action Monday night at home at 5pm vs. Laquey.

The JH basketball teams will be playing in the Prairie Home tournament the week of Oct. 13-Oct. 18. The first game for both teams will be played on Tuesday Oct. 14 at 5:00pm and 6:15pm. Here are the brackets for both teams.

The Lions and Lady Lions battled hard but came up short against the Fatima Comets. We're proud of their effort and can't wait to see them bounce back. Next game is Friday at Newburg!
